When I was first pulled kicking and screaming into FA1.0 by a co-worker, I
did so just to get him off my back. I figured Id try the 3 day pass and that
would be the end of it. When it asked for a zone nick, I tried every
combination I could come up with, and they were all taken. I ended up
choosing "AirSick". Well, after the three days I ended up buying a one month
sub. I told myself one month and that's it.

After joining the Generals "nations at war room", I was hooked. Ended up
making General that first month and played 4 hours a day minimum. I then got
the invite to join a squadron by none other than the current CO of Wild, then HARD_LIVING. After joining the HARD_Squadron I had to
choose yet another nick. Well, being an electrician, I chose WIRED, and
became HARD_WIRED_.

Many of the original HARD_Squadron formed another squad upon the switch to
FA3.0, the Wildcards_Squadron. My name changed once again to _WILD_WIRED_ .

I joined the FAVG many years ago, to give back to the community a small portion of the support and fun it has given me.
I had thought about using the WIRED tag when joining the FAVG but decided to
use "Gray". A portion of my son's first name who was born slightly prior to
my joining the FAVG and became Gray@FA

I have been around a long time, and my actual nick list is very short. Very
few people are still around who remember me as AirSick. What a WILD 8 years
it has been.
